FUNDING YOUR CASE 

Before we start work on your behalf we will need to discuss with you the funding arrangements for your case. Our private rates are competitive and our lawyers will be happy to explain our terms of business and answer any queries you may have.

We hold a Legal Services Commission specialist contract for Family Law Services which means that we may be able to assist you with your case under the Legal Aid Scheme. Legal Aid helps with the cost of legal advice for people who cannot afford it. If you need help with the costs of your case we can help you apply for legal aid. If you would like to know whether you are eligible please contact us by email or telephone 0800 124 4012 to arrange a telephone appointment during which one of our Team will be able to assess your eligibility. You will need to ensure that you have certain information to hand for us to make the assessment. Please consult the checklist. If you recover or preserve money or property you may be required to repay your fees to the Legal Services Commission.

Under the Legal Aid Scheme, initial advice and assistance is provided under the Community Legal Services Legal Help Scheme. If you need to be represented at Court in relation to your case, a Funding Certificate will need to be applied for and we will help you with this application.
