HOW WE GET PAID

We operate a number of fee structures to provide real flexibility. For example: 

  • Annual Retainers For an agreed annual fee we will offer advice from a solicitor over the phone and in person on all your HR and employment issues, as well as providing the draft letters you’ll need for grievance and disciplinary procedures. In addition, we will provide litigation assistance.
  • Fixed Fee Quotes For much of our work we can provide fixed fee quotes.  This gives you certainty about the overall cost to your business, and best value as you can liaise with us without feeling that the clock is ticking.
  • Standard Hourly Charge Out Rates The traditional way to instruct a solicitor is on a timed basis.  We will supply best value by getting the appropriate level of fee-earner to deal with your matter, matching the issue’s complexity with the fee earner’s experience and expertise.
  • Legal Expense Insurance If you insure against the risk of litigation and are allowed to nominate your solicitor, we will accept instructions in accordance with the policy’s terms and conditions of funding.
