Talent Management Conference

On Wednesday, 10 October 2007, our employment team attended a Talent Management Conference hosted by the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

This is the second event at which our employment team consisting of James Collard  and Joanne Carter have supported the CIPD, previously hosting a theatrical demonstration of an Employment Tribunal claim from implementation of a disciplinary procedure to the rendering of an Employment Tribunal decision.

Rothera Dowson was one of the sponsors of the Talent Management Conference and exhibited as can be seen from the photos. James and Joanne also actively participated in the workshops which were held during the conference, sharing their perspective as employment lawyers on talent management with other delegates.
