Home Information Packs (HIPs)
As from 14th December 2007 if you are selling any residential property you will need a HIP, until then you need one if you are selling a home with 3 or more bedrooms. The HIP contains a number of legal documents including title deeds, searches and an Energy Performance Certificate.
