The new system of Premises Licences (for alcohol, entertainments and late night refreshments) and Personal Licences is complex and tricky in operation.   A mistake in your application can lead to rejection which will cost you dearly in Local Authority fees and advertising costs.   The fees themselves are many times those charged by the Magistrates' Court.   Conversely, our fees are usually less than under the old system, because hearings are hardly ever necessary.  

Since the new system started, we have completed hundreds of applications and can offer you the benefit of this experience.
