Rothera Dowson’s Commercial Services Department, incorporating the Dispute Resolution team, provides a range of business support, from computerised debt recovery to commercial litigation. All aspects of dispute are dealt with including commercial, contractual, director/partner disagreements, share issues, intellectual property, commercial property (including landlord and tenant) and product/services liability.

The Rothera Dowson team is familiar with commercial court work, and also has full knowledge and experience of mediation procedures. At Rothera Dowson, the focus is placed very much on providing a solution without the need to progress to trial, so as to keep the potential costs and disruption of dispute resolution to a minimum.
